Washtenaw Christian Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 53-44 victory over the Bloomfield Christian School Defenders. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leading Washtenaw Christian Academy to victory were NATHAN ESTEP and JACKSON YURICH. ESTEP shot 42% from the field en route to 15 points along with five assists and four steals, while YURICH made all 6 shots he took for 14 points. CLEVELAND LYNCH was another key player, putting up 12 points and four steals.

Despite the loss, Bloomfield Christian School still got an impressive performance from Jacob Ignatowski, who posted 19 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Nathan Tabar, who earned 17 points.

Washtenaw Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Bloomfield Christian School, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washtenaw Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet HEA Firebirds HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bloomfield Christian School, they will host CHASE at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
