After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hill City, Stanley County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Parkston Trojans to the tune of 40-0. This was payback for the Buffalos, who suffered a 58-6 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Stanley County back to even at 1-1. As for Parkston, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Stanley County will be playing at home against Leola/Frederick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkston, they will face off against Kimball/White Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Trojans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
