Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Nathan Tacheny stepped things up a notch to give Avondale the 'W'. Tacheny scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season.

Tacheny's strong effort led Avondale over Southfield Arts & Tech and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
