Carson won against San Pedro on Monday with two runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Colts came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pirates, sneaking past 2-0. The victory continues a trend for the Colts in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won four in a row.

Carson's win bumped their record up to 18-4-1. As for San Pedro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-13.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Carson will challenge rival Narbonne at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Colts 3.3, the Gauchos 4.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
