Our Lady of the Lake Catholic's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Eau Claire Beavers a 12-0 shutout. The Lakers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Bradyn Harper, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Dylan Sargent also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic moved to 7-12 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Eau Claire, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Beavers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
