After losing to Coosa the last time they met, Temple decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Eagles 3-2 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted against the Eagles since October 14, 2020.

Temple wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Pepperell on the 4th. As for Coosa, they will face off against Cedar Bluff at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
