North Mesquite had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Spruce Timberwolves with a sharp 6-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Stallions, who have now won ten matches by three goals or more so far this season.

North Mesquite's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-5-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three games. As for Spruce, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
