Baseball Recap: Patrick Henry Academy Takes a Loss

Patrick Henry Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 4-1 to the John Paul II Golden Warrriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Warrriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-4 last Tuesday.

Patrick Henry Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Spencer Kelehear, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Patrick Henry Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for John Paul II, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Patrick Henry Academy will venture away from home to face off against Colleton Prep Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Paul II, they will welcome St. Andrew's at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
