Basketball Recap: Holy Name Takes a Loss

Holy Name lost against Lake Catholic back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Holy Name Green Wave took a 43-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Catholic Cougars. The Green Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holy Name now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Lake Catholic, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

Holy Name will host Barberton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Holy Name is facing Barberton at the right time seeing as Barberton is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. Lake Catholic has already played their next contest (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
