Baseball Recap: East Bernard Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East Bernard can now relate to. They fell just short of the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The Brahmas were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Fighting Owls earlier this season, when they won 5-4.

East Bernard saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tye Warncke, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

East Bernard's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 25-6. As for Anderson-Shiro, their victory bumped their record up to 17-10.

As of now, neither East Bernard nor the Fighting Owls have any future games scheduled.
