Softball Recap: Caddo Magnet Mustangs vs. North Webster Knights
Caddo Magnet barely beat North Webster the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Caddo Magnet Mustangs' pitcher stepped up to hand the North Webster Knights a 13-0 shutout on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Mustangs needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.
Kenzi Primm and Valerie Ruiz did most of the damage at the plate: Primm went 3-for-4 with five RBI, three doubles, and one run, while Ruiz scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Caitlyn Phillips, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
