Tombstone is a perfect 10-0 against San Miguel since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Yellow Jackets will head out to challenge the Vipers at 5:45 p.m. Tombstone is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.
Last Tuesday, Tombstone got the win against St. Augustine Catholic by a conclusive 16-2. The win continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now won four in a row.
DJ Elias and Brendan Caballero made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Elias struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Caballero tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Elias has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. At the plate, Elias scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Caballero went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That's the most hits Caballero has posted since back in March.

San Miguel's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Tombstone hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .382. It's a different story for San Miguel, though, as they've only averaged .238. Will they be able to contain Tombstone's hitters?
