Soccer Recap: Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Takes a Loss

Indianapolis Scecina Memorial lost against Heritage Christian back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Crusaders lost 9-0 to the Eagles. While losing is never fun, Indianapolis Scecina Memorial can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Heritage Christian are ranked 64th).

This is the second loss in a row for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial and nudges their season record down to 4-7-1. As for Heritage Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Indianapolis Scecina Memorial has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks on the 25th. Hopefully Heritage Christian paid attention to the Crusaders' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Crusaders at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
