Tuesday just wasn't the day for Colorado's offense. They fell 5-0 to the Hermleigh Cardinals on Tuesday. The Wolves' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Colorado's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7-1. As for Hermleigh, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colorado and Coahoma will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their 21st straight victory, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hermleigh, they will host Roby at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cardinals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 11 runs per game this season.
