Christian Brothers Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Bethlehem Central Eagles 3-1. This was payback for the Brothers, who suffered a 9-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Christian Brothers Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Bethlehem Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.
