Volleyball Game Preview: Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots vs. Cathedral Catholic Dons

Academy of Our Lady of Peace might have lost, but man, Amanda Guzman was a machine: she had 28 digs and one assist. Guzman has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Meanwhile, Cathedral Catholic had to endure a three-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Christian on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Dons' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Cathedral Catholic never let Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-23, 25-20.

Cathedral Catholic's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Academy of Our Lady of Peace, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 12-6.
