Basketball Recap: Mardela Comes Up Short

Mardela was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Snow Hill Eagles, falling 46-15. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 46-15 loss last Monday.

Mardela's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Snow Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Mardela does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Snow Hill, they will be playing at home against Pocomoke at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
