Volleyball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Beats Swan Valley for Their Third Straight Victory

Mt. Pleasant entered their tilt with Swan Valley on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0.

Mt. Pleasant not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Swan Valley between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-14.

Morgan Borodychuk paced Mt. Pleasant's offense, picking up seven kills. Borodychuk got some help from Abigail Webster and her 15 assists. Webster was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Mt. Pleasant's win bumped their record up to 29-9-1. As for Swan Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-15-1.

Mt. Pleasant wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Lake Fenton on the 1st. Swan Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
