It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fallbrook can now relate to. They fell just short of the Wildwood Wolves by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Warriors' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Fallbrook started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 24-26, 25-23, 25-21, 15-13.

Fallbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 26-15. As for Wildwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-12 record this season.
