Volleyball Recap: Peyton Panthers vs. Swink Lions
Peyton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Swink Lions.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-19, 25-14.
Savannah Kelley paced Peyton's offense, picking up six kills. Kelley got some help from
Masyn Gregg and her six assists.
Peyton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Swink, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4.
Peyton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Evangel Christian Academy on the 1st. Swink has also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Fowler on the 29th.
