Baseball Recap: Brookville Takes a Loss

Brookville suffered their closest defeat since March 27, 2024 on Monday. They fell just short of Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley by a score of 6-4. The Raiders' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Luke Burton was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Parker Kalgren was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Brookville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.
