Basketball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 79-43 loss at the hands of the Norwell Clippers. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 282nd, while the Clippers are ranked 12th).

Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Norwell, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Randolph will challenge Mashpee at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Norwell, they will face off against Holbrook at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
