Softball Recap: Grandville Starts off Right with Win over Zeeland West

Grandville had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Zeeland West Dux 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since May 13, 2024.

Coming up, Grandville will welcome Unity Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Zeeland West, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Byron Center at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
