Baseball Recap: Aloha Find Success

Aloha owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Westview Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-0 last Tuesday.

Not much got past Hayden Grot, who gave up just two hits to keep Westview off the board.

On the hitting side, Aloha's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Saul Corpus, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

The victory got Aloha back to even at 6-6. As for Westview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Aloha will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wildcats: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
