Soccer Game Preview: Moses Brown vs. South Kingstown

The Moses Brown Quakers will venture away from home to take on the South Kingstown Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Moses Brown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: Cumberland, who was ranked 14th at the time (Moses Brown was ranked second). The Quakers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Clippers 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Moses Brown.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, South Kingstown was forced to settle for a draw. They and Central finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

South Kingstown's draw gives them a new season record of 4-3-1. As for Moses Brown, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0-2.

Moses Brown beat South Kingstown 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Quakers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
