Muncie Burris actually scored more points across those five sets (109-101), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 28-26, 25-20, 16-25, 15-13.
Yorktown's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-2. As for Muncie Burris, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-6.
