Basketball Recap: St. Mary Takes a Loss

St. Mary was the 58-28 winner over Logansport when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Mary Tigers took a 53-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Logansport Tigers on Tuesday. St. Mary has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Logansport, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Mary will face off against Montgomery at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Logansport, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lakeview at 7:30 p.m. Lakeview will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Logansport surely won't give up without a fight.
