Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Comes Up Short

Grace Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Proctor Phantoms and fell 65-37. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-8.

Chase Razanouski continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Proctor, dropping a double-double with 22 points and 19 rebounds. Razanouski is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down 11 or more in each of the last six games he's played. Jorden Cole was another key player, going 6-for-12 to rack up 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.

Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Proctor, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season.

Looking ahead, Grace Christian will take on Mill River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Proctor, they are taking a road trip to square off against Sharon Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
