After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Silver, Santa Teresa was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 32-30 victory over the Chaparral Lobos. That's more bragging rights for the Desert Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Santa Teresa has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Chaparral, they dropped their record down to 7-15 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Santa Teresa will square off against Deming at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deming will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Santa Teresa surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chaparral, they will take on Silver at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
