Springer is 10-0 against Wagon Mound since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Springer Red Devils will head out to face off against the Wagon Mound Trojans at 3:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Springer came up short against Maxwell and fell 68-55. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Wagon Mound was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 67-53 to Roy/Mosquero.

Wagon Mound's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Springer, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.

Everything came up roses for Springer against Wagon Mound when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 77-49 victory. Will Springer repeat their success, or does Wagon Mound have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
