Soccer Recap: Durham's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Durham came into Wednesday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Their defense stepped up to hand the Paradise Bobcats a 1-0 shutout on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-2 on January 8th.

Durham's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10. As for Paradise, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Durham will take on Los Molinos at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Durham is facing Los Molinos at the right time seeing as Los Molinos is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Paradise, they will head out to take on Willows at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th.
