Volleyball Recap: Randolph Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

It's playoff time, and Randolph had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Mount Olive Marauders 3-0 on Thursday. The Rams were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Marauders, so the Rams were just returning the favor.

When it comes to explaining why Mount Olive lost, don't look at Genessa Baltazar. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs and two assists. Baltazar is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played. Angelina Keenan also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

The win (which was Randolph's third in a row) raised their record to 13-1. As for Mount Olive, with the loss, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-6.

Randolph will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sparta at 4:00 p.m. on March 23, 2026. Mount Olive does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
