Basketball Recap: Indian Creek Takes a Loss

Indian Creek suffered their biggest defeat since January 15th on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Indian Valley Braves and fell 61-29. While losing is never fun, the Redskins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 538th, while the Braves are ranked 100th).

Indian Creek's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Indian Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.

Indian Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indian Valley, they will be playing at home against Cambridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Cambridge sitting on eight straight victories and Indian Valley on 11.
