Softball Recap: Cleveland Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Cleveland's offense. They lost 17-0 to the Sunset Apollos on Monday. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row dating back to last season.

Cleveland saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Simone Ranta, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sunset, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Cleveland wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-1 loss against Molalla on the 25th. As for Sunset, they have also already played their next matchup, a 7-1 win against Sandy on the 25th.
