Baseball Game Preview: Lakeside Dragons vs. Madison Blue Streaks

The Lakeside Dragons will face off against the Madison Blue Streaks at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

The home team had won the previous two meetings between Lakeside and Conneaut, and Conneaut kept the tradition alive. The Dragons fell 11-7 to the Spartans on Thursday.

Tanner Noble and Zion Thomas did some serious damage despite the final result: Noble went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run, while Thomas went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run. That run marked the first that Thomas has scored this season.

Meanwhile, Madison and Jefferson Area finished up their matchup with a 5-5 tie on Thursday.

With that draw, Madison's record moves to 4-4-1. As for Lakeside, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
