Softball Recap: Worland Comes Up Short

Worland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 16-0 to the Campbell County Camels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Camels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 on Friday.

Worland's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Campbell County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Worland didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-2 defeat against Thunder Basin on the 29th. As for Campbell County, they will challenge Natrona County at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
