Basketball Recap: Parker Comes Up Short

Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 55-32 to the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pheasants this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-32 on Saturday.

Parker's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for McCook Central/Montrose, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Parker is taking a road trip to face off against Baltic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McCook Central/Montrose, they will be home for the holidays to greet Hanson at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
