Soccer Recap: Western Christian Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous six meetings between Western Christian and Sioux Center, and Sioux Center kept the tradition alive. The Wolfpack came up short against the Warriors on Wednesday, falling 5-1. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Western Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.

Western Christian's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-10-1. As for Sioux Center, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-3-1.

Western Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sioux Center, they will challenge Humboldt on Wednesday.
