Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Alamo Navajo faced off against Corona/Vaughn on Tuesday. Alamo Navajo was dealt a 54-24 loss at the hands of Corona/Vaughn. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost four in a row.

Quemado's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Alamo Navajo, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.
