Volleyball Recap: Bishop Canevin Takes a Loss

Bishop Canevin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Eden Christian Academy. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Eden Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Bishop Canevin was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Eden Christian Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-12, 25-15.

Bishop Canevin's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Eden Christian Academy, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Coming up, Bishop Canevin will be playing in front of their home fans against Carlynton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Eden Christian Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Serra Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
