Smithton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 42-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prairie Home Panthers. One positive for the Tigers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Smithton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Prairie Home, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Smithton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 52-38 loss against Pilot Grove on the 13th. Prairie Home has also already played their next contest, a 41-29 defeat against Jamestown on the 12th.
