Soccer Recap: Kemper County Comes Up Short

Kemper County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Winona Tigers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-2 back in December of 2024.

Kemper County's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Winona, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Kemper County will take on Tupelo Christian Prep at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Tupelo Christian Prep's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last six contests. As for Winona, they will be playing at home against Mooreville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
