James Wood barely beat Handley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Colonels were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Judges on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Colonels as they're now sitting on four straight.

Kennedy Spaid paced James Wood's offense, picking up 15 kills. Spaid got some help from Kylee Plumb and her 20 assists. Spaid was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

James Wood's victory bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Handley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.
