Softball Recap: Danbury Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Danbury can now relate to. They came up short against the Ganado Indians on Friday, falling 9-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Thursday.

This is the second loss in a row for Danbury and nudges their season record down to 25-8-1. As for Ganado, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 30-2-1.

Danbury does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ganado, they will square off against Flatonia on Saturday.
