Softball Recap: Highlands Bluebirds vs. Seton Saints

Highlands got themselves on the board against Seton on Thursday, but Seton never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Saints with a sharp 7-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bluebirds.

Kaitlyn Dixon was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. Those 16 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
