Softball Game Preview: Harmony Grove Hornets vs. Prescott Curley Wolves

Harmony Grove is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Prescott a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Harmony Grove Hornets will host the Prescott Curley Wolves at 5:00 a.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Things were looking good for Harmony Grove after they put the first points on the board last Thursday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Crossett by a score of 11-10.

Meanwhile, Prescott came into Friday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let Spring Hill get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Friday. The Curley Wolves' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Prescott's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Harmony Grove, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
