Volleyball Recap: Wagner Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wagner can now relate to. They came up short against the Rapid City Christian Comets on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Red Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Brylie Link paced Wagner's offense, picking up five kills. Link got some help from Braxton Nedved and her 13 assists. Hannah Holzbauer and Brianna Fuchs kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Wagner's defeat dropped their record down to 24-11. As for Rapid City Christian, their win bumped their record up to 29-14.

As of now, neither Wagner nor the Comets have any future games scheduled.
