Volleyball Recap: Tri-Valley Comes Up Short

Tri-Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wendell Trojans.

Tri-Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Wendell, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Tri-Valley will face off against Cascade at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wendell, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Salmon River on the 13th.
