There's no place like home for ALA - West Foothills, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Highland Prep Honey Badgers with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Guardians also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: ALA - West Foothills took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-5, 25-7.

Aileen Nimijan paced ALA - West Foothills' offense, picking up ten kills. Nimijan got some help from Brynlei Godwin and her 20 assists. Delaine Joncas controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

ALA - West Foothills' victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Highland Prep, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
