Volleyball Game Preview: Southside Panthers vs. Albertville Aggies

The Southside Panthers will square off against the Albertville Aggies at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southside will be strutting in after a victory while Albertville will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Southside turned things around against Hokes Bluff on Monday. They blew past the Eagles 3-0.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Albertville's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Guntersville. While the Aggies didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wildcats 25-18 in the first set.

Albertville started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-23.

Southside's win bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Albertville, their loss dropped their record down to 18-13.
